What You'll Create
Performance Storytelling : Translate complex Quarterly Meetings and financial data into accessible, high-integrity narratives for public consumption. You make the Annual Report readable and engaging.Public Trust & Resilience : Proactively build systems for reputation resilience. You'll anticipate challenges, lead rapid response coordination across teams, and ensure every public statement is authentic and transparent.Executive Coaching : Prepare and coach our CXO team to deliver strategic, articulate, and media-savvy messaging in every external interview and forum.Channel Command : Own Lenskart’s corporate presence and narrative across digital platforms. We need a brilliant writer who instinctively understands visual design and content packaging for Gen Z audiences.Newsroom Veteran Status : Leverage your prior experience working in media to secure authentic, high-value placements and negotiate strategic media partnerships that break through the noise.Internal Alignment : Drive the Internal Communications function to connect every global employee to the company's mission and growth milestones, ensuring a unified internal culture.Who You Are :
The Vibe : You are highly strategic, possess exceptional integrity, and can be articulate and persuasive under pressure.The Credentials : 8+ years of communications leadership, with mandatory experience navigating market-visible corporate environments (i.e., public / listed company experience).The Non-Negotiable : You must have a background working directly in a media or publishing organization and have a proven understanding of social media. You know how the news is made because you’ve made it.The Passion : You thrive on speed, ambiguity, and the constant challenge of turning complex information into compelling culture.
