- Expertise in Servitization, Field Service Management, scheduling, maintenance, repairs, overhauls, Contracts, Service BOM, , Service Analytics, Depot Repair, Warranty, Service / Aftermarket Parts,
IOT and Service System Integration.
Consulting and deployment of service / aftermarket management solutions.Strong communication and presentation skills are required. Will communicating with internal and customer teams. Must display ability to discover and define business requirements. A strong understanding of Business Process Modeling is required.Contribute and collaborate with team that implements the solution.70-80% Client Interaction and 30-20% Internal asstesSupport solution development with key technologies (Service Max, Zinier, IFS, ServiceNow, Syncron, Techsee, CareAR, PTC SLM, Windchill SIM, Inservice, Servigistics , JDA ,SAP SPM, Oracle etc.) by giving the domain in-puts to IT teams.Work on pre-sales activities for identifying and converting business consulting and IT implementation opportunitiesGood to Have :
