Job description
  • Cost Analysis and Negotiation Support : Deeply participate in and lead the global outsourcing processing fee negotiations for product lines or projects to assist in achieving the annual cost reduction target;
  • be responsible for the refined data collection, analysis, and modeling of processing costs to provide data support for negotiations.

    • Supplier Relationship Management : Independently take charge of daily business communication and relationship maintenance with outsourcing factories, conduct regular supplier performance evaluations, and assist managers in handling routine issues in partnership relationships to ensure smooth cooperation.
    • Quotation Review and Cost Control : Conduct preliminary review of external quotations for outsourcing processing fees, identify cost anomalies and propose optimization suggestions, make independent decisions within the authorized scope, and effectively control procurement costs.
    • Process Optimization and Problem Solving : Proactively identify and drive the resolution of bottlenecks and issues in the outsourcing procurement process, handle routine commercial disputes and delivery anomalies, and improve the operational efficiency of the supply chain.
    • Cross-departmental Collaboration : Act as a commercial interface, collaborate closely with departments such as technology, quality, and production to ensure comprehensive commercial support is in place throughout the entire process of outsourced products from technology transfer to mass production.
    • Job Requirements

    • Education : Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
    • Experience : 7–10 years of relevant working experience in cost management, outsourcing procurement, or supplier management within a manufacturing environment.
    • Regional Focus : Responsible for managing manufacturing cost activities in the India market and collaborating closely with the local sales team to support business objectives.
    • Work Arrangement : Fully on-site position based in Mumbai, India .
