We MiNdLiNkS IT Consulting are looking for Any IT or NON IT or any Domain experienced resources having 3+ years of experience and willing work from home (WFH) in a reputed MNC in a permanent position and by Upskilling with SERVICENOW ITOM (IT Operations Management) Module. This is a WORKBENCH Hiring Program, where we train you and let you to work in our internal project, which is Task-Based and Role-Specific Program and we hire for our US, UAE and Australian MNC Clients under the 90 DAYS UPHIRING Program. We have continuous requirements on SERVICENOW ITOM for Fresher and experienced resources. These are Permanent Positions and 100% of salary hike will be provided at minimum and joining bonus will be a plus. Monday to Friday and IST hours are preferred to work. Having minimum graduation and good communicational skills and team working spirit is added advantage.

Roles & Responsibilities :

ITOM Implementation :

Design and implement ServiceNow ITOM solutions, including Discovery, Event Management, Orchestration, and Service Mapping.
Configure and maintain ServiceNow ITOM modules to support business needs.

CMDB Management :

Establish and maintain a comprehensive CMDB, ensuring the quality, integrity, and accuracy of CI (Configuration Item) data.

Develop and manage CMDB data models, CI classes, relationships, and lifecycle management.

Discovery and Service Mapping :

Set up and configure ServiceNow Discovery to automate CI population and ensure up-to-date inventory.

Implement Service Mapping to ensure accurate visibility of IT infrastructure and services.

Stakeholder Collaboration :

Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to understand requirements and provide solutions to improve IT operations.

Conduct workshops and training sessions to promote best practices in CMDB and ITOM usage.

Data Integrity and Reporting :

Monitor CMDB data quality and take corrective actions to resolve data discrepancies.

Generate reports and dashboards for CMDB health, discovery, and ITOM KPIs.

Integration :

Integrate ServiceNow ITOM with other IT systems and tools to enhance visibility and automation.

Troubleshoot integration issues and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution.

Technical Expertise :

Strong experience in configuring and managing ServiceNow CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management.

Scripting and Development :

Experience with JavaScript, JSON, XML, and ServiceNow development tools like Flow Designer and Integration-Hub.

ITIL Knowledge :

Familiarity with ITIL framework, especially in the context of IT Service Management and CMDB best practices.

Analytical Skills :

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
