Role Overview :

We are seeking a hands-on and detail-oriented

  • Production & Operations Manager
  • to oversee end-to-end execution of our uniform production process. This role is ideal for someone with strong coordination skills, who can manage people, timelines, and quality — ensuring on-time deliveries across multiple Job work stitching units while maintaining our brand’s high standards.

You will lead production planning, coordinate with internal teams and vendors, and ensure quality control throughout every stage.

Key Responsibilities

1. Production Planning & Scheduling

  • Convert confirmed B2B orders into a weekly production plan, aligned with delivery commitments.
  • Plan restocking of Amazon and Website Sale quantities to ensure we are never out of stock.
  • Allocate workloads across multiple stitching units based on capacity and specialization.
  • Track daily production progress and proactively resolve bottlenecks or delays.
  • 2. Team & Vendor Coordination

  • Supervise Production executive and ensure effective coordination between internal teams ( Stores / Sales ) and logistics.
  • Liaise with stitching units to ensure timely receipt and dispatch of materials.
  • Maintain strong vendor relationships and oversee performance, quality, and compliance.
  • 3. Quality Control & Assurance

  • Set and enforce quality standards across all production stages.
  • Conduct periodic quality audits at stitching units and warehouse before dispatch.
  • Work closely with the QC team to address rework or rejection cases swiftly.
  • 4. Production Data & Reporting

  • Maintain dashboards for order status, production progress, and delays on Predefined Google sheets.
  • Report weekly on production performance, output, and on-time delivery rates.

  • Qualifications & Experience :

  • Graduate in Production / Textile / Fashion Technology / Operations Management (preferred).
  • 5–10 years’ experience in apparel manufacturing, preferably in small- to medium-scale setups.
  • Prior experience managing outsourced stitching units or multiple vendors is desirable.
  • Comfortable with Excel / Google Sheets and basic reporting tools.
