Job descriptionMinimum 2 years in voice process; 1 year as Team Leader (on paper). Strong communication in English & Hindi. Experience in BPO, Banking / Sales customer service. Hands-on with team management and KPI tracking.
Team Leader – Voice Process (Banking / Sales)
Location : Mansarovar, Jaipur | Salary : Up to ₹3.9 LPA | Work Days : 6 Days | Joining : Immediate
Education- Any Grad / Intermediate
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage daily operations and team performance.
- Maintain MIS reports, rosters, and performance data.
- Drive KPIs : AHT, Shrinkage, Attrition, Occupancy, NPS / C-SAT.
- Handle HR-related issues and staff development.
- Coordinate with clients for daily updates.
- Ensure process compliance and suggest improvements.
