Your Role

• Implement and manage monitoring solutions using Splunk or Dynatrace, based on project requirements.
• Configure dashboards, alerts, and anomaly detection to support proactive monitoring and incident resolution.
• Integrate monitoring tools with ServiceNow for ticketing, change management, and workflow automation.
• Perform root cause analysis and contribute to operational stability at L2 level.
• Collaborate with ITSM and infrastructure teams to ensure seamless observability across environments.
