Prime Responsibilities
- Report directly to the Associate Director Repl Sales, Cons PBU, responsible for consumer tire sales through the replacement vertical in South India
- Strategize on increasing sales potential and drive sales through the team
- Evaluate current brand performance and maintain relationships with key channel players and government officials
- Seek market intelligence and identify new markets
- Monitor collections and routine operations
- Provide inputs on market potential, pricing, industry and competitor trends
- Identify priority areas and strategize growth projections for the replacement channel
- Present sales forecasts and plans to support a robust operating plan
- Participate in annual marketing planning and provide inputs to build strong, profitable brands
- Coordinate between sales and marketing, identify and monitor operations and strategies
- Strategize on regional schemes, monitor trends, and suggest options to increase brand performance
- Assess potential markets, map dealer networks and sales promoters, and evaluate opportunities
- Track market receptivity, approve plans, and provide feedback to National Sales Head to increase market share
- Monitor collections, negotiate terms, track projected vs actual sales, and initiate corrective actions
- Lead and support team members, review performance, mentor for talent development
- Develop strategy and long-range plans to support sales targets and revenue growth
- Participate in strategic marketing mix development and competitor analysis
- Provide input on supply chain and manufacturing strategies
- Manage hiring, staffing, and workforce diversity
- Oversee career development, performance management, and succession planning
Job Requirement
Minimum 12 years of experience in Channel Management, Business Development, or Marketing in FMCG, FMCD, Tyre, or Paints IndustryEducation : MBA in MarketingGoodyear is one of the world's largest tire companies.
