12+ years of overall IT experience, with at least 6 years on the ServiceNow platform.

Define and own the end-to-end architecture for ServiceNow HRSD implementations.

Design scalable and modular HRSD solutions including Case and Knowledge Management, Employee Service Center, Lifecycle Events, and HR integrations.

Develop technical architecture blueprints, data models, and process flows aligned with HR business needs.

Ensure platform governance, performance optimization, and adherence to best practices.

Lead the configuration and customization of HRSD modules using Flow Designer, Studio, and IntegrationHub.

Architect multi-instance strategies, including scoped applications and domain separation if applicable.

Define and implement integration strategies using REST / SOAP APIs, MID Servers, and IntegrationHub spokes.

Ensure data security, role-based access, and compliance with GDPR and other regulations.
