Role Overview

We’re inviting passionate graduates from Physiotherapy, Yoga or Fitness backgrounds to join us as Pilates Instructor Trainees. This is a rare chance to build a professional career under international mentorship, gain hands-on studio experience and transition into a globally recognized Pilates educator.

Responsibilities

Assist senior instructors during client sessions
Learn Matwork and Reformer-based Pilates under Merrithew® principles
Support daily studio management, hygiene and client experience
Engage with clients, handle follow-ups and participate in sales discussions
Develop coaching, communication and leadership skills

Ideal Candidate

Fresh Physiotherapy graduate, Yoga Teacher or Fitness Enthusiast

Strong interest in human anatomy and movement science

Willing to unlearn and relearn modern training methodologies

Positive mindset, team player and good communicator

Open to relocate to Indore for career growth
