Responsibilities :

• Lead end-to-end software development lifecycle including requirements analysis, system design, implementation, unit testing, and technical documentation.
• Ensure long-term code maintainability, reusability, and system stability across projects.
• Identify and resolve critical technical challenges, security vulnerabilities, and usability issues with proactive, strategic solutions.
• Independently manage complex feature delivery with full ownership, delivering high-quality results on schedule.
• Provide accurate effort estimates and adhere to organizational estimation and planning processes.
• Develop robust, scalable software features that meet performance, quality, and business requirements.
• Deliver technical training and actively contribute to knowledge sharing initiatives within the team.
• Mentor and guide junior software engineers to foster growth and skill development.
• Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies to enhance platform capabilities and innovation.
• Comply with and support company-wide release processes and deployment standards.

Mandatory Skill : RESTful Webservices, NoSQL & SQL Strong MERN (Mongo DB , Express, React JS, Node JS) full stack experience using Typescript. Current designation in current org should be team lead / technical lead or Sr Software Engineer Project leading & team management experience
