This is a remote, part-time position, designed for high-performing marketers who want flexibility without compromising impact.Ideal candidates will be analytical, creative, and deeply familiar with the digital advertising landscape—from performance KPIs to audience strategy to platform-specific best practices.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, You Tube, and Manage ad budgets and bidding strategies with an eye on ROAS, CPL, CPA, and other performance metricsAnalyze campaign data and prepare insights-driven reports using Google Analytics, GA4, and platform-native dashboardsCollaborate with creative and strategy teams to align ad messaging with audience insights and campaign goalsConduct A / B testing, audience segmentation, and retargeting initiativesStay ahead of platform updates, digital advertising trends, and emerging media toolsContribute to client strategy sessions and internal brainstormingWho Should Apply3+ years of hands-on experience managing paid digital campaigns across Google, Meta, and Deep understanding of ad targeting, media buying, optimization techniques, and performance analysisStrong grasp of ad creatives—from formats and specs to messaging strategyComfort using platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, You Tube Ads, and Google Tag ManagerExperience working in a remote or agency environment with multiple clientsExcellent communication skills and the ability to present insights in a client-friendly formatBonus points for certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or Hub SpotWhy Join Dentsu Webchutney?Work with India’s most awarded creative digital agencyJoin a global talent pool and collaborate on high-visibility campaignsFlexible, part-time hours with remote freedomExposure to a wide variety of industries—from tech and finance to fashion and social impactOpportunity to grow into full-time or regional lead roles, based on performance
