What You’ll Do

  • Connect with potential learners via calls and WhatsApp to guide them through IIVS programs.
  • Understand each learner’s goals, interests, and aspirations to recommend the best-fit Vedic Science courses.
  • Drive admissions by nurturing leads from inquiry to enrollment.
  • Manage and update all interactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with academic and onboarding teams to ensure smooth student experiences.
  • Meet and exceed weekly / monthly enrolment and revenue goals.

Who You Are

  • 1–2 years of experience in academic counselling / inside sales / education advisory (EdTech preferred).
  • Excellent communication in English & Hindi (spoken and written).
  • Empathetic, confident, and goal-oriented with strong interpersonal & negotiation skills.
  • Comfortable using CRM tools, WhatsApp, Google Workspace, Excel, and related platforms.
  • Motivated by targets, personal growth, and meaningful work.
