Position : Regional Sales Manager

II. Purpose of the Role :
To drive regional business growth by planning and executing sales, distribution, and capability development strategies across the assigned geography. The role ensures that sales targets, market expansion plans, and customer development objectives are achieved in alignment with organizational goals.
III. Key Responsibilities :
- Lead periodic planning, review, and monitoring of key business metrics across urban and rural markets.
- Drive revenue growth by identifying market opportunities, implementing BTL initiatives, and supporting new product launches.
- Use market intelligence and external insights to identify regional opportunities and propose growth initiatives.
- Implement regional category development objectives in collaboration with customer development teams.
- Execute BTL strategies ensuring effective ROI across channels and categories.
- Deploy the GTM strategy to enhance coverage and achieve distribution targets.
- Benchmark competition to identify and implement best-in-class sales practices.
- Build and execute regional GTM plans with logistics teams to improve efficiency of coverage.
- Ensure strong commercial and supply chain hygiene by focusing on key indicators and corrective actions.
- Forecast resourcing needs and ensure adequate frontline manpower.
- Foster an open, transparent, and high-performance work culture.
