we are seeking a dynamic and technically sound Business Development & Sales

Engineer to expand our footprint in infrastructure and electrical #EPC projects. The candidate must

have prior experience in project-based sales and business development, particularly in sectors like

Foot Over Bridges (FOBs), warehouses, industrial structures, substations, and HT / LT electrical works.

Key Responsibilities :

• Identify and acquire new business opportunities in infra and electrical sectors.
• Generate leads through industry networks, site visits, cold calls, and digital platforms.
• Prepare and present customized technical and commercial proposals.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships in both government and private sectors.
• Understand project requirements, site conditions, and client expectations.
• Coordinate with internal teams for technical evaluation, estimation, and delivery capabilities.
• Conduct client meetings, site visits, and participate in exhibitions or tender briefings.
• Drive the entire sales cycle from lead generation to project handover.
• Achieve defined sales targets and contribute to organizational growth.
• Maintain documentation and track all sales activity through CRM or internal tools.
• Provide market feedback on trends, pricing, and competition.
• Assist in tender submissions and pre-qualification processes.
