Job descriptionCollaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define and design integration requirements. Develop and maintain interfaces utilising industry standards, such as HL7, FHIR, and DICOM. Implement and configure middleware platforms and integration engines (Mirth, BizTalk, or Rhapsody). Integrate EHR, LIS, PACS, and other healthcare applications to enable seamless data exchange. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across connected systems. Monitor and troubleshoot integration workflows to proactively identify and resolve issues. Apply security best practices to safeguard patient data throughout the integration process. Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other relevant healthcare data regulations. Analyse integration performance to optimise scalability and efficiency. Undertake load testing and performance tuning as required. Prepare comprehensive documentation, including interface specifications and technical configurations. Train internal teams and end-users on integration processes and tools.
Work Location : Balewadi, Pune; work from the office on all five days.

What you need :
- Practical experience with major EHR systems such as Epic, Cerner, NextGen, or eClinicalWorks.
- Expertise in FHIR ( first preferred ), HL7, and DICOM integration standards.
- Solid background in healthcare integration and familiarity with middleware tools.
- Proven track record in RPA, HL7, or FHIR-based integration projects.
- US Healthcare experience; sound understanding of US healthcare workflows and regulatory requirements.
- Demonstrable experience in leading teams and managing stakeholder communication effectively.
