Job description

We are seeking a Sales Manager to lead our Unsecured Business Loans (UBL) channel. This role is crucial for managing and growing our Direct Selling Agent (DSA) network to achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales, a strong grasp of risk management, and excellent relationship-building skills to ensure a steady flow of high-quality loan applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Target Achievement : Attain sales targets by acquiring new DSAs and maintaining existing relationships through regular visits.
  • DSA Management : Ensure the monthly activation of DSA channels via regular engagement, training, and relationship management.
  • Sourcing & Compliance : Ensure all loan applications strictly adhere to the organization's policy parameters and risk norms.
  • Inter-departmental Coordination : Work with product and marketing teams to train DSAs on our unique selling points (USPs) and policy guidelines. Collaborate with functional teams to quickly resolve any DSA issues, such as pay-outs or login problems.
  • Portfolio Mix : Manage the sourcing mix to meet key business metrics, including the ratio of corporate to retail DSAs, SEP (Self-Employed Professional) to SENP (Self-Employed Non-Professional) profiles, and specific disbursement and insurance penetration percentages.
  • Process Oversight : Coordinate with DSAs to ensure a seamless process for all loan applications.

Required Candidate Profile

  • Experience : A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience .
