We are seeking a Sales Manager-DST to lead and mentor a team of sales executives focused on home loans and LAP in the affordable housing segment. You will be responsible for driving the team to exceed sales targets, developing new business opportunities, and implementing effective sales strategies to increase market share and profitability. This role requires a strong leader who can build and maintain relationships with clients and partners while ensuring a positive customer experience.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Team Leadership : Recruit, train, and mentor a team of sales executives, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team goals.
- Sales Target Achievement : Manage and drive the team to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for home loans and LAP in the affordable housing segment.
- Business Development : Identify and develop new business opportunities by expanding the channel partner network, building relationships with builders and developers, and exploring new markets.
- Sales Strategy : Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share, revenue, and profitability, with a focus on the specific needs of the affordable housing segment.
- Customer Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service, addressing queries, and ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the loan process.
Skills Required :
