Our Performance excellence team at Arise is looking for a Performance Improvement Analyst who will report into the Manager. This position will build the governance and structure for performance improvement supporting the global operations. Responsibilities :

• You will analyze and deliver accurate and timely performance improvement plans.
• Collaborate with Customer Success Leaders to improve Speed to Proficiency KPI performance.
• Understand and document all customer contractual performance terms, Define right goals per MSA and SOW
• Implement audit process and standard operating procedures.
• Protect organization's value by keeping information confidential.
• Assist with special projects as needed
