At Mindtickle, we are developing innovative AI solutions designed to transform the way people sell. We are seeking a curious and enthusiastic AI Quality & UX Research Intern to gain hands-on experience with our cutting-edge AI features.

This is a unique opportunity to move beyond a typical internship and play a key role in the development of a world-class product. In this role, you will be integral to testing our AI-powered role-play features , serving as the essential human element in our human-AI conversational models.

Key Responsibilities

Your day-to-day will involve :

  • Actively engage in a variety of AI-driven role-play scenarios, including mock sales calls and team meetings, to evaluate the technology's performance in real-world situations.
  • Serve as the "Voice of the User" by identifying functional strengths, weaknesses, and areas where the AI interaction can be improved for a more human-like feel.
  • Collaborate directly with our Product Managers and Engineers, sharing your findings and insights to help shape the future of our product.
  • Systematically document user experiences, report bugs, and highlight moments of exceptional AI performance.

    We are seeking candidates with the right attitude and a forward-thinking mindset. A perfect fit for our team is someone who demonstrates :

  • A deep curiosity and a passion for figuring out how things work.
  • Excellent listening skills and the ability to explain things clearly.
  • The patience required to perform iterative scenario testing to uncover the root of a problem.
  • A strong command of English and / or other languages.

    • Ideally, we are looking for Engineering graduates who are pursuing or have completed their MBA. We feel this mix of technical logic and business thinking is a powerful combination for this role. However, this is not a strict requirement. If you are a sharp, curious student or recent graduate from any field with a genuine passion for technology, we absolutely want to hear from you. For us, a brilliant attitude is more important than a specific degree.
