We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our Human Resources team. This role offers a strong foundation in key HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the HR team in sourcing candidates, screening profiles, and scheduling interviews.
- Support the onboarding process, including documentation, orientation coordination, and system updates.
- Help maintain and regularly update employee records and HR databases.
- Coordinate and support internal communication, employee engagement activities, and cultural initiatives.
- Provide day-to-day administrative support across HR functions.
- Assist in maintaining HR compliance, documentation, and filing.
