Role Overview
The role involves supporting global talent intelligence and market research engagements through primary and secondary data collection, analysis, and reporting. The position offers hands-on exposure to research methodologies, global talent markets, industry trends, and advanced analytical tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute talent data research initiatives across India, the Philippines, APAC, and EMEA using primary and secondary research methodologies.
- Design and implement robust research frameworks to ensure data accuracy, reliability, and consistency.
- Collect, validate, analyze, and present high-quality data to support research and consulting engagements.
- Generate market insights on industry trends, IT outsourcing, AI adoption, and emerging technologies.
- Support the development of data-driven intelligence to enable strategic decision-making for clients.
- Mentor and guide junior researchers, contributing to skill development and practice growth.
- Drive innovation in data products by curating training datasets and enhancing research methodologies.
- Use industry databases such as LinkedIn, job portals, GitHub, and open-source communities for talent intelligence research.
- Apply advanced tools, including GPT-based models and data visualization platforms, to improve research efficiency.
- Continuously monitor industry developments, evolving technologies, and modern research techniques.
- Ensure data integrity through critical analysis, cross-validation, and quality control processes.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- 0–1 years of experience in primary and secondary research, preferably in talent intelligence or job market analytics.
- Exposure to technology skills assessment, dataset evaluation, or market intelligence research.
- MBA or B.Tech qualification, preferably in Computer Science or Information Technology.
- Strong analytical capability with the ability to interpret data and extract actionable insights.
- Proven ability to structure research methodologies and present findings clearly.
