Role Overview
We’re now looking for a high-ownership, fire-in-the-belly Head of Partnerships who can take full end-to-end responsibility for bringing new business into Muses. This is a startup role for someone who wants to move fast, build relationships, pitch creatively, and own revenue outcomes from day one.
What You Will Own (End-To-End)
Outbound Prospecting Across Multiple Channels : You will manage and continuously optimize all outbound channels
- LinkedIn outreach (personalized + automated sequences)
- Cold email campaigns
- CRM-driven pipelines (HubSpot or similar)
- Instagram + TikTok paid ads for leads
- LinkedIn paid ads for B2B targeting
- Industry list building, scraping, and segmentation
- Crafting outbound scripts, follow-ups, and pitch angles
Build Strategic Relationships in Key Industries
- Ideate engaging content themes, event ideas, and campaign activities tailored to the American Gen-Z landscape.
- Stay on top of emerging social trends, formats, and campus subcultures to keep campaigns relevant and innovative.
Brand & Client Communication
- Build real connections inside the U.S. F&B and consumer brand ecosystem
- Join communities, Slack groups, LinkedIn groups, and founder / operator circles
- Engage in conversations, panels, and events
- Identify the right decision-makers (VPs, Heads of Marketing, Brand Leads)
- Create warm pathways to prospects
Create and Maintain All Sales Materials
- Updating the website on a semesterly basis, as per recent work completed
- Updated pitch decks, pricing brochures, services overviews, case study decks
Conference Strategy + Ownership
- Build an annual conference + summit + industry calendar
- Plan for the company’s presence (budgeting, tickets, outreach, booth ideas, follow-ups)
- Ensure pre-event and post-event pipeline follow-ups
- Turn events into actual meetings and deals
Lead Closing and Sales Conversations
- Respond instantly and professionally to interested leads, answering all questions via email and cultivating leads to a pitch-call
- Draft proposals + SOWs, negotiate timelines, deliverables, and scope
- CRM Ownership : You will manage : CRM hygiene (HubSpot), deal stages, lead prioritization, quarterly forecasting and conversion metrics
Own the Founder’s LinkedIn Presence as a BD Growth Channel :
- Manage a weekly LinkedIn content calendar for the founder
- Draft and publish thought-leadership posts, case studies, and campaign insights
- Showcase client wins, results, learnings, and industry POV consistently
- Conduct weekly outreach for virtual coffee chats with relevant executives
- Build and nurture a strong industry network through LinkedIn interactions
What You Should Have to Succeed :
- 2–5 years selling human services : whether marketing creative services, or operations-driven solutions
- Prior experience pitching to U.S.-based clients
- Agency or agency-adjacent experience (ideal but not mandatory)
- Strong outbound sales experience (LinkedIn + email)
- Comfortable creating decks and pitch materials, from content writing + design
- Has operated in fast-paced startups or small teams
