Job description

We’re Hiring! Backend Developer (Contract – Remote)

Moinzo is looking for a strong backend engineer to support our product teams across Sqauds (sports tech) and PropEase (property analysis).

This is a short-term contract role with potential extension based on performance and product needs.

What You’ll Work On

  • Build and maintain backend services using Node.js / NestJS (TypeScript)
  • Develop clean, scalable REST APIs for mobile applications
  • Work with PostgreSQL (Neon), schema design, and query optimisation
  • Integrate file storage with Cloudflare R2
  • Deploy and manage services on Coolify / Docker
  • Collaborate with the mobile and frontend teams to deliver new features
  • Ensure performance, stability, and clean API contracts

Who We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of backend development experience
  • Strong in Node.js + TypeScript
  • Experience building services with NestJS (or Express.js + TypeScript)
  • Good understanding of PostgreSQL
  • Comfortable working with REST APIs, authentication, and middleware
  • Experience with Docker and basic DevOps workflow
  • Bonus : experience with Cloudflare, R2, CI / CD, or WebSockets

  • Role :  Backend Developer (Contract)
  • Duration :  2–3 months (extendable)
  • Engagement :  Full-time contract (8 hrs / day) or flexible hours depending on fit
  • Compensation :  ₹60,000 – ₹1,00,000 per month (based on experience & hours)
  • Location :  Remote (India)
