Role Overview

You’ll oversee the pedagogy, structure, and learning journey of our async offerings (JEE / NEET / PNCF). This is a product-facing academic leadership role, not content production. You’ll combine learning science, academic expertise, and tech-enabled design to build powerful student experiences.

Job Responsibilities :

• Academic Strategy & Design
• Oversee and approve the learning architecture using videos, assessments, nudges, and checkpoints.
• Ensuring principles of motivation, active recall, and spaced repetition has been incorporated into the learning experience.
• Balance rigour with engagement across JEE / NEET / PNCF tracks.
• Product Integration
• Translate academic design into actionable product features.
• Collaborate with tech, product, and design to implement feedback loops, progress tracking, and personalization logic.
• Learning Analytics
• Define learning success metrics.
• Use data to iterate on student journeys and identify drop-offs, friction points, or confusion triggers for better engagement and more retention.
• Collaboration & Pilots
• Work with academic teams and product managers to pilot and scale innovations. Stay ahead of global trends in async learning, AI in education, and cognitive science.
