About the Role

We’re looking for a passionate Product Manager with hands-on experience in platform-led monetization and loyalty programs. In this role, you will lead the strategy, design, and execution of a loyalty and rewards ecosystem that drives incremental revenue, enhances user engagement, and boosts retention.

You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to design reward constructs, identify monetizable user behaviors, and launch data-driven initiatives that deliver measurable business impact. This is a high-impact role that blends business acumen, analytical thinking, and product innovation.

What You’ll Do

Define and execute the loyalty and monetization roadmap, focusing on revenue growth, renewals, and customer stickiness.

Design and optimize reward structures, tiers, and premium benefits aligned with key business KPIs.

Use data and analytics to identify high-value touchpoints, increase transaction share, and maximize ROI.

Partner with sales, finance & field teams to launch campaigns, drive adoption and measurable revenue outcomes.

Work closely with engineering and design to translate business goals into seamless product experiences.

Continuously track performance metrics, user feedback, and market trends to refine product strategy.

What We’re Looking For

3–5 years of experience in Product Management, Loyalty, Platform Growth, or Monetization roles.

Strong customer-first mindset with proven ability to make data-driven decisions.

Experience of working in Agile environment, managing product backlogs, writing user stories, and ensuring timely releases.

Strong data analytical and problem-solving abilities to guide prioritization.

Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and execution skills.

Technical background (BS / MS in Computer Science / Engineering or related discipline / experience.
