Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager BI Developer Agentic AI

In this role youll be part of Genpacts transformation under GenpactNext as we lead the shift to Agentic AI Solutionsdomain-specific autonomous systems that redefine how we deliver value to clients. Youll help drive the adoption of innovations like the Genpact AP Suite in finance and accounting with more Agentic AI products set to expand across service lines.

Key Responsibilities

Design develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports translating complex datasets into clear actionable business insights.

Collaborate with data engineering and product teams to define data models metrics and KPIs aligned to business objectives and AI-driven initiatives.

Build data models DAX calculations and visualizations to support self-service analytics and automated reporting.

Connect Power BI to diverse data sources such as Azure Synapse Analytics Data Lake (ADLS) SQL databases and APIs for real-time and historical insights.

Ensure data accuracy consistency and performance through efficient query design data transformations and report optimization.

Implement role-based access row-level security and governance controls to safeguard sensitive business information.

Support data storytelling and decision-making by presenting insights in visually compelling interactive formats tailored for different business functions.

Troubleshoot BI solutions monitor usage performance and continuously enhance dashboards based on feedback and evolving requirements.

Collaborate with stakeholders to standardize KPIs metrics and visualization templates for enterprise-wide reporting consistency.

Document BI assets publish reports to the Power BI Service / Workspace and support deployment across production environments.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications

Strong hands-on experience in Power BI for dashboard report and KPI development.

Proficiency in data modeling DAX Power Query (M language) and performance tuning of reports.

Experience connecting Power BI with Azure data services (e.g. Synapse ADLS SQL Database) and integrating with enterprise data sources.

Solid understanding of data visualization best practices storytelling with data and UI / UX principles for analytics.

Working knowledge of SQL for data extraction joins and transformations.

Experience ensuring data quality security and governance across BI solutions.

Excellent analytical communication and collaboration skills with the ability to interact effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications / Skills

Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Data Analytics Information Systems or a related field.

Certification in Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst (PL-300) or related BI / analytics certification.

Experience with Azure Data Factory Synapse Pipelines or other ETL tools to understand upstream data flows.

Familiarity with Python R or Excel VBA for data analysis and automation.

Exposure to AI / ML or predictive analytics dashboards that visualize insights from machine learning models.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple dashboards priorities and stakeholder requests simultaneously.
