Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

Manage end-to-end recruitment across all departments.

Screen, shortlist, schedule interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.

Maintain job postings, handle recruitment portals, and manage referrals.

2. Employee Onboarding & Training

Conduct onboarding and induction for new employees.

Prepare joining documents, ID cards, policies, and orientation sessions.

Coordinate internal training or skill-building sessions.

3. HR Operations & Administration

Maintain employee records, HR MIS, and documentation.

Oversee attendance, leaves, payroll coordination, and compliance support.

Issue HR documents : offer letters, confirmations, warnings, and F&F.

4. Performance Management

Assist in appraisal cycles and KPI tracking.

Conduct periodic performance discussions with team leads.

5. Employee Engagement

Organise team-building activities and engagement programs.

Handle grievances, conflict resolution, and employee welfare initiatives.

Support a positive and healthy company culture.

6. Compliance & Policy Management

Ensure labour law compliance including PF / ESI and statutory filings.

Support HR policy creation, updating, and implementation.

Who we are looking for :

Any HSC or Graduate.

Strong knowledge of HR processes, compliance, and payroll coordination.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask and work independently.

Proficiency in MS Office and HR software / tools.
