Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and principled Senior Commercial Attorney to join our global legal team. This role will support complex commercial transactions across multiple jurisdictions, with a focus on both buy-side and sell-side engagements. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in global outsourcing, IT services, professional services, or payroll-related transactions, and demonstrate a strong commitment to data privacy, including GDPR compliance, and ethical business practices.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and negotiate complex commercial contracts, including MSAs, SOWs, licensing agreements, outsourcing deals, and strategic partnerships.
• Provide strategic legal advice on commercial transactions, ensuring alignment with Strada’s Code of Conduct and global compliance standards.
• Support procurement and sales teams on deal structuring and contract execution.
• Collaborate with global legal and compliance teams to ensure consistency and adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Advise on data privacy and protection matters, including GDPR, cross-border data transfers, and privacy-related contractual obligations.
• Monitor legal and regulatory developments impacting commercial operations in India and globally.
• Promote ethical decision-making and risk mitigation in all legal engagements.

Qualifications :

LLM or international legal education is a plus.
