Client Management & Communication- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.- Understand project briefs, client requirements, and deliverables clearly.- Coordinate with internal teams (3D visualization, design, video production, marketing) for smooth execution.- Maintain consistent communication—share progress, updates, and address feedback proactively.2. Project Coordination- Plan and monitor project timelines, ensuring timely delivery.- Track progress and maintain documentation for each client account.- Collaborate with vendors and ensure external deliverables are aligned with client needs.- Support project managers in executing multi-stage visualization and marketing campaigns.3. Quality & Delivery Oversight- Review deliverables before client submission to ensure accuracy and quality.- Escalate potential risks or timeline challenges promptly.- Assist in identifying areas for process improvement and efficiency.4.
