Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Head of Human Resources at GAYATRI ELECTRIC VEHICLES PVT. LTD., based in Noida. The Head of Human Resources will oversee the HR department, develop and implement HR strategies, ensure compliance with labor and employment laws, build culture and manage employee relations. Additional responsibilities include developing HR policies, handling recruitment and onboarding, conducting performance reviews, and providing guidance to management on HR matters.
