Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune for Associates / Senior Associates specializing in Corporate and Litigation. The role involves preparing legal documents, analyzing complex legal issues, providing legal counsel on corporate matters, and ensuring organizational compliance with applicable laws. Day-to-day responsibilities include draft review, researching legal precedents, advising stakeholders, and participating in litigation strategy and procedural management. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will also be integral to the position.

Parameters : Minimum

3–5 years

of post-qualification experience.

Strong knowledge of corporate, contract, civil, and criminal law, and

should have practiced in litigation.

Excellent drafting and argumentation skills.

Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines.

Juniors can apply for the role of full-time trainees.
