Job Summary :

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior IT Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in sourcing, screening, and hiring top-tier IT talent across various technologies and roles. You will lead the end-to-end recruitment process, build strong relationships with hiring managers, and ensure an excellent candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for IT positions including Software Development, Infrastructure, Security, Data Science, and more.

Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to attract high-quality candidates using multiple channels (job boards, social media, networking, referrals).

Screen resumes, conduct phone and video interviews, assess technical skills in collaboration with hiring managers.

Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs and deliver timely recruitment solutions.

Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment databases.

Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate onboarding processes.

Stay updated with the latest trends in IT recruitment and market conditions.

Requirements

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, IT, or related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience in IT recruitment or technical staffing.

Proven experience hiring for roles such as software engineers, system administrators, data analysts, cybersecurity specialists, etc.

Strong understanding of various IT roles, technologies, and industry trends.

Proficiency with ATS and recruitment tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, GitHub, etc.).

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Good to have :

Experience recruiting for life sciences-related positions (e.g., biotech, pharma, healthcare IT) is a plus.

Understanding of the specific skill sets and compliance requirements in the life sciences industry.
