Job description

The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers.

Responsibilities

  • Retain and increase market share for the assigned product category in each account.
  • Drive sales for the assigned product category within the designated region.
  • Manage and develop channel partners; ensure proper selection of relevant partners.
  • Handle channel conflicts effectively and maintain strong partner relationships.
  • Reconcile accounts with channel partners to ensure transparency and accuracy.
  • Maintain and update all sales records, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
  • Ensure strong geographical coverage and expansion.
  • Manage order processing and ensure timely execution.
  • Strong channel handling and partner management skills
  • Good negotiation and conflict resolution abilities
  • Analytical mindset with focus on account reconciliation and reporting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and deliver results under pressure
  • Strong geographical exposure and market knowledge

Relevant / Additional Experience :

  • Proven hands-on experience in Channel Development in UPS, Battery or Inverter Industry
  • Other Industry Exposure : Consumer Electronics or Mobile Handset Industry

    Qualifications

  • B. Tech / BBA / MBA
  • 6+ years' of sales experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
