Role Description
Looking for an ambitious Business Development Associate (BDA) to join our sales and growth team in Kanpur. This is a full-time, on-site role. The BDA will play a key role in expanding our student base by connecting with leads, understanding their learning needs, and guiding them to the right program.
Your responsibilities will include :
- Identifying and contacting potential students through outbound calls and follow-ups.
- Building strong relationships with leads and understanding their trading / learning goals.
- Effectively communicating the value of our training programs.
- Managing the end-to-end sales cycle – from lead generation to student enrollment.
- Achieving and exceeding sales and revenue targets.
- Maintaining accurate records of interactions in the CRM / database.
- Coordinating with the operations team to ensure smooth student onboarding.
Qualifications
Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.Minimum 2–3 years of experience in sales / business development / telesales.Ability to identify opportunities and close deals.Good organizational and time management skills.Self-motivated and target-driven individual.Prior experience in edtech, financial services, or telesales is preferred.Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or relevant field is an advantage.What We Offer
