Job Description :

Studio APS is looking for a performance-driven Media Buyer (Meta Ads) who is equally creative-minded and data-oriented. You’ll play a key role in scaling DTC brands beyond ₹50 Lakhs in monthly revenue while ensuring strong ROAS and brand growth. You’d vibe with this role if you :

  • Know your way around Meta Ads like it’s second nature
  • Have a strong POV on what makes scroll-stopping creative
  • Can break down performance data without getting lost in the sauce
  • Actually enjoy talking about landing pages, LTV, hooks, and thumb-stoppers
  • Want to be part of a fast-moving, ambitious team

Responsibilities :

  • Plan, launch, and scale Meta ad campaigns across multiple DTC brands
  • Provide creative direction for ad concepts, content shoots, and iterations
  • Handle client calls , presenting strategy, results, and growth plans confidently
  • Prepare and deliver weekly & monthly performance reports with actionable insights
  • Create CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) reports to improve landing page & funnel performance
  • Collaborate with design, content, and strategy teams to build high-performing ad campaigns
  • Stay ahead of Meta trends, creative testing frameworks, and industry benchmarks

    • Requirements :

  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience running Facebook Ads for DTC brands.
  • Strong ability to write and test ad copy that converts.
  • Demonstrated success scaling campaigns while maintaining profitability.
  • Expertise in campaign tracking and automation tools (TripleWhale, Northbeam, SuperMetrics, SyncWith, LookerStudio).
  • Deep understanding of audience targeting, bidding models, and funnel optimization.
  • Creative and analytical mindset comfortable testing ideas and making data-driven decisions.
  • Strong communication and reporting skills with leadership qualities.
  • Proven experience running Meta Ads at scale (₹50 Lakhs+ monthly spends)
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort with numbers (ROAS, CAC, MER, AOV, etc.)
