• Verifying and updating provider information through outreach to healthcare providers, practices, and hospital systems.
• Capturing, collating, and inputting provider data into our systems following standardization protocols.
• Supporting the provider credentialing process by coordinating and collecting required documentation.
• Collaborating with internal teams to identify data gaps and resolve discrepancies.
