Job Summary
At least 15+ Years of overall experience in technology organization - Software Development Life Cycle (Solutioning & Design, Development, Testing, Production Support, etc.) and Vendor Management.
This role involves designing and implementing strategies to support the adoption of changes in business processes, systems, and technologies.
works closely with project teams, stakeholders, and leadership to identify and mitigate risks, manage resistance, and ensure successful delivery outcomes.
Strong interpersonal skills including mentoring, coaching, collaborating, and team building.
Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills with an ability to manage competing demands.
Strong knowledge and understanding of business need with the ability to establish / maintain high level of customer trust and confidence.
Key Responsibilities
Business
Responsible for technical delivery and technical excellence across the squads.
Works across multiple squads or hives for delivery of complex Features, Epics & Releases.
Point of escalation for delivery issues across all impacted hives and squads.
Work with Change Delivery Manager (Release Manager) to develop delivery and release plans with technical dependencies, aligning all partners with support from the team and architect.
Exhibit passion for client experience with a user-first mindset.
Ensure the technical consistency of solutions in the Hive with the business architecture, technology architecture and enterprise technology standards.
Processes
Study existing engineering processes and contribute to improvements to drive up efficiencies. Present ideas across other areas and foster innovation.
Analyze, remove, or mitigate dependencies across teams to enable speed and quality of delivery.
Responsible in the preparation of production outputs and their planning in alignment to ESDLC standards.
Vendor Data Management - reviewing the data handling practices from the vendor to ensure they adhere to the data protection regulation and best practices defined by Standard Chartered bank.
Risk Management
Stay up to date on organization's policies and processes on Development, Monitoring and QA standards, identify gaps in Current Process / Functionalities, Automation & QA Scope / Strategy and provide solutions to plug the gaps for effective functioning of the application.
Track existing application risks (documented vulnerabilities and non-compliance) and ensure to address them on priority in the earliest possible opportunity.

Skills and Experience
At least 15+ Years of overall experience in technology organization - Software Development Life Cycle (Solutioning & Design, Development, Testing, Production Support, etc.) and Vendor Management.
Added advantage if candidate has prior working experience in FM, CCIB and Surveillance
Good Knowledge in Automating Deployment of Vendor Products with a need to run custom scripts for additional customization.
Very Good communication and interpersonal skills to manage senior stakeholders and top management.
Technical Knowledge : Java / Spring Boot, Kafka Streams, REST, JSON, Netflix Micro Services suite ( Zuul / Eureka / Hystrix etc., ), 12 Factor Apps, Oracle, PostgresSQL, Cassandra & ELK
Education - Bachelors or Equivalent / Higher.
