TinyPal is a parenting platform built to guide new parents through the incredible (and sometimes overwhelming!) first years of life. We create trusted, expert-led content that helps families navigate sleep, feeding, and development with confidence and care. We’re looking for a Neonatal Specialist to bring insight and expertise on weaning, feeding behaviors, and early development to our growing content team.
The Role
This is a part-time, content-focused role for someone who understands that early feeding is about more than just nutrition — it’s about development, bonding, and sensory exploration .
You’ll help craft and review content that empowers parents during the transition from milk to solids and beyond.
What You’ll Do
- Write and review engaging, evidence-based content on topics such as :
- Weaning and introducing solids
- Infant feeding behaviors and cues
- Sensory and motor development during feeding
- Common feeding challenges and responsive strategies
- Early developmental milestones and parent–baby interaction
- Ensure all content reflects the latest developmental and neonatal research — while being approachable and empathetic for parents.
- Collaborate with writers, editors, and other experts (nutrition and sleep) to ensure content quality and consistency.
- Suggest new content ideas and emerging areas of interest for modern parents.
Who You Are
Background in Neonatology, Early Child Development, Occupational Therapy, Developmental Psychology, or a related field.Strong knowledge of early feeding, weaning, and infant developmental stages.Excellent communication and writing skills — especially in simplifying complex topics for a general audience.Prior experience in content creation, parent education, or medical review is a plus.Available part-time, working remotely and flexibly.Why You’ll Love Working With TinyPal
