Job description3–4 years in sales real estate, luxury cars, wealth management, insurance, or hospitality. Strong understanding of Bangalore’s key neighborhoods, especially CBD, Indiranagar, Koramangala, Hebbal, and Whitefield. Own a 2-wheeler or 4-wheeler for client meetings. Comfortable working Saturdays and Sundays luxury buyers close on weekends. Independent, quick-thinking, and someone who solves problems without waiting for instructions. Polished, confident, and comfortable presenting to senior professionals and HNIs. Work on Bangalore’s most exclusive luxury projects. Full backing from supply, demand, digital, and CRM teams all aligned to help you close. Strong commissions on every successful deal. About Circled Advisory
Circled Advisory is a premium real estate advisory firm building Circle Plus Bangalore’s first invite-only, private listing platform for luxury homes. We’re a small, sharp team of 7 on a mission to redefine how luxury real estate is sold and experienced.
We’ve closed marquee transactions and are now scaling our luxury division. This isn’t a conventional brokerage setup this is a fast-moving, all-hands startup where marketing, supply, and client-relations teams work in sync to help you close.
Location : Bangalore – HBR Layout
Experience : 3–4 years in sales (luxury real estate or any high-value segment)
What You’ll Do
- Manage end-to-end luxury residential sales in the CBD market.
- Do site visits with clients, show the right projects, and close high-value deals.
- Work closely with supply, marketing, CRM, and demand teams to move each lead from enquiry to closure.
- Handle negotiations with HNIs / UHNIs confidently and professionally.
- Maintain strong follow-ups and give clients a clear, guided experience.
