Athena Advisors , our consulting arm, provides specialized services in the areas of Mortgage Finance, Credit Information and Risk to Banks, HFCs, NBFCs, MFIs, and Credit Bureaus.
We are looking for an “Secretary - Founder’s Office” who will contribute to the growth journey of this initiative.
Key responsibilities :
Qualifications
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to draft professional correspondence and prepare presentations.
Proficiency in administrative tools and software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Experience in scheduling, meeting coordination, and handling travel arrangements is essential.
Discretion and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information responsibly.
Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a consultancy or corporate environment, is an advantage.
Experience : Fresher or 6 months - 1 year of experience in relevant area.
Expected CTC : 3 to 3.5 L PA
