As the Operational Risk Specialist in a Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC), your primary responsibility is to identify, assess, and mitigate operational risks that could impact the company's operations and reputation. You will play a vital role in enhancing the operational risk management framework and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
Principal Accountabilities
1. Operational Risk Assessment : Identify and assess operational risks associated with the NBFC's activities, including processes, systems, and human factors.
2. Risk Mitigation : Develop and implement strategies to mitigate operational risks, including the design and improvement of risk control measures and incident response plans.
3. Regulatory Compliance : Stay up-to-date with operational risk regulations and ensure that the NBFC's practices comply with local and national financial regulations.
4. Risk Incident Management : Oversee the investigation and resolution of operational risk incidents and develop processes to prevent their recurrence.
