We are seeking an experienced Program Manager with strong expertise in data analytics, visualization dashboard development, and database management , preferably within the pharmaceutical / healthcare sector .

Responsibilities

Program Management.

Lead end-to-end program management for pharma data analytics initiatives

Define KPIs, success metrics, and ensure project milestones are achieved.

Data Analytics & Database Management

Design and oversee the development of scalable pharma data models and databases

Dashboard Development & Visualization

Drive the creation of interactive dashboards (Power BI, Tableau,or similar).

Translate business needs into visual, actionable insights across functions :

Manufacturing & dispatch operations.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business, or related field; MBA or master’s preferred.

4+ years of experience in program management, data analytics, or BI solutions.

Strong expertise in BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).

Hands-on experience with databases.
