Technical Content Creator

We are seeking a skilled Technical Content Creator to craft high-quality user assistance deliverables that empower users to deploy, administer, and utilize our software effectively.

Key Responsibilities :

• Developing comprehensive user assistance materials, including terminology, UI texts, guides, multimedia content, scripts, in-app help, tutorials, API references, and social media content.
• Thoroughly testing the software described in user assistance deliverables to ensure accuracy and usability.
• Contributing to the software's usability by reviewing UI screens and texts, identifying areas for improvement.
• Organizing content and selecting distribution channels based on the information needs of target groups.
• Collaborating with customers and internal stakeholders to enhance deliverable quality.
• Preparing content for delivery, including metadata, adhering to our standardized production process.
