Role Overview

As a

Full-Stack Engineer , you will design, build, and scale web applications that directly shape our product and customer experience. You’ll work across the stack—from crafting intuitive frontend interfaces in

React

to building robust event-driven services in

Python or Java , and deploying / operating them in the cloud.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy

full-stack web applications

used in production.

Build scalable, maintainable frontend applications using

React (hooks, state management, reusable components) .

Develop and maintain

server-side services

in

Python or Java

(event-driven architectures, APIs, or Cloud Functions).

Operate workloads in

AWS, GCP, or Azure , ensuring best practices for security, networking, monitoring, and scalability.

Implement

CI / CD pipelines

and manage infrastructure with

Infrastructure as Code (IaC) .

Collaborate with product, design, and business stakeholders to translate ideas into shipped features.

Take

end-to-end ownership

of features, from conception to production monitoring.

Contribute to shaping

engineering culture, best practices, and architecture decisions

at an early stage.

Must-Haves

5+ years

of professional experience building and shipping full-stack web applications.

Strong fluency in

React , including hooks, state management, and component design.

Server-side experience with

Python or Java

(ideally both).

Experience deploying / operating workloads on at least one major cloud ( AWS, GCP, or Azure ).

Familiarity with

CI / CD, infrastructure automation (IaC), security, and monitoring tools .

Strong problem-solving ability and eagerness to work in a

fast-paced startup environment .

Excellent communication skills and

bias for action —you get things done.
