Job Responsibilities Post job openings on LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.
Search and shortlist candidates for different job roles.
Conduct initial HR screening calls with candidates.
Schedule interviews with team leads and follow up for feedback.
Maintain candidate lists, interview tracking sheets, and daily reports.
Coordinate offer letters, joining dates, and basic onboarding.
Communicate with candidates professionally and clearly.
Work with the HR team to close urgent positions on time.
✨ What Skills We Expect 1–3 years of experience in recruitment.
Good communication and conversation skills.
Basic knowledge of IT hiring (Android, iOS, Backend, Design, QA, etc.).
Ability to manage multiple requirements together.
Comfortable working with Google Sheets and HR tools.
Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.
