Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager, located in Hooghly. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, and maintaining strong client relationships. Key tasks include overseeing project progress, financial management, coordination with various teams, and handling client queries and concerns. The role might also involve regular updates to clients on the status of their projects.

Qualifications

• Account Management, Client Relationship, and Project Coordination skills
• Experience in Financial Management and Budgeting
• Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving and Negotiation skills
• Ability to work on-site and manage daily operational tasks
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
• Experience in the construction industry is a plus
