Job description

We are looking for a seasoned Delivery Manager who will be responsible for managing end-to-end project delivery while building and nurturing strong client relationships. The role demands a blend of delivery excellence, stakeholder management, and people leadership to ensure projects are executed with quality, within timelines, and aligned with client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

🔹 Client Management & Engagement

Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring high satisfaction and trust.
Understand client business needs, challenges, and goals, and align delivery outcomes accordingly.
Manage client escalations effectively, ensuring proactive communication and resolution.

🔹 Delivery & Project Management

Oversee the successful delivery of multiple projects / programs, ensuring scope, timelines, and budgets are met.

Define delivery roadmaps, track progress, and report KPIs to internal and client stakeholders.

Drive adoption of best practices, agile methodologies, and continuous improvement across teams.

🔹 Leadership & Team Management

Lead cross-functional project teams, providing direction, mentorship, and performance management.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Sales, Account Managers, and Technology teams) to ensure alignment on delivery and client growth.

Optimize resource allocation and ensure effective utilization across projects.

Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience (10+ years) in IT Services / Consulting with at least 4–5 years in client-facing delivery management roles .

Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale, complex projects / programs.

Experience handling P&L ownership / account growth will be an added advantage.
