We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Relationship Manager (Team Leader) to lead a team of insurance professionals in building and maintaining strong relationships with corporate clients, brokers, and agents. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, managing a team, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Lead a team of insurance professionals to achieve sales targets and business objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, brokers, and agents
- Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities to drive business growth
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet business objectives
- Manage and mentor team members to improve performance and productivity
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
- Collaborate with underwriting, claims, and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to inform business decisions
- Prepare and present reports to senior management on team performance and market insights
Requirements :
