Job Description – HCC Coder (Senior Coder / QA)

Location : Chennai / Bangalore

We are hiring HCC Coders (Senior Coder & QA) with 1+ year experience in medical coding. Candidates should have a background in Life Sciences / Anatomy with knowledge of ICD-10-CM . Both certified and non-certified coders are welcome.

Responsibilities :

• Code HCC charts using ICD-10-CM.
• Ensure accuracy, compliance & quality.
• Conduct audits & feedback (QA role).
• Meet productivity & quality benchmarks.
